演題名 二重瞼の術式による美的考察、及び二重瞼切開法の修正手術

The Technique That Corrects Double Eyelid by Incision Method.
抄録
これまでに二重瞼の手術に関しては埋没法、切開法、除皺術含めて、その手術方法は多く研究されてきて、今更論じる必要もないほどである。
しかし、我々は美容外科医であり、手術方法論を追求するだけではなく、いかに患者の容貌にあった美しい二重をつくるか、そして患者の要求にこたえるラインを追求していくかが大切である。
一般的な東洋人のような平行型の二重ではなく、欧米人のような内側が角張った平行型ラインのつくり方、及び、切開法の術式の違いによる二重瞼ラインの美的考察を紹介する。また、切開法による二重瞼を一重にもどす修正手術はさまざまな方法があるが、眼窩脂肪を利用して、あるいは眼窩脂肪が欠損している場合の眼窩中隔を下方にひきこみ、瞼板前組織に縫合する術式及び、埋没法を一重に戻すのに術後短期間で埋没法糸を抜糸しても二重瞼のくせが消失しない場合の癒着の除去の方法を、動画を交えて紹介する。
We introduce the method of parallel type of double eye lid line not as general oriental but as westerners with the inside of line is square-built and, the aesthetic consideration of double eye lid line by the difference of incision methods. Moreover, as for the correcting operation to return a double eyelid by the incision method to no fold, there are various methods. However, we introduce, with the animation, the method with which using orbital fat, or when orbital fat is defect, pulling the orbital septum downward and suture with pretarsal tissue.
